LadyBugBoss
This is a photo by me. It is of a ladybug. I took it looking down the side of a playground structure. I think I got bit by 20 mosquitoes in the process of taking this picture. The wonderful elegant ladybug is the beautiful star of the photograph. In terms of perspective, I think, despite being the star, the ladybug is on the edge of the perspective. I kind of like this photo.

Whirl We Go-Mid October
That's the front and back view of my pinwheel for Pinwheels For Peace. It doesn't spin and it took about seven tries to actually make the pinwheel. The front of the pinwheel depicts strange designs. The back of the pinwheel shows some comics talking about peace.
Gems of Appreciation-Mid October
This is pretty much my Operation Grateful piece. The coloring style I used is rather different than what I would usually use since I wanted to incorporate movement to emphasize the "Thank You" in the sky.
Mizu Falls- Mid November
My Art History Shoe was on Chinese Art ranging from the Stone Age to the Ming Dynasty. I attempted to paint in the overall well-known Chinese art style.
Hibiscus Starlet- End of November
These are my straw paintings. The one on the left is named Hibiscus. the one on the left is named Starlet. Both are abstract but Hibiscus has been added onto to make it more interesting.
A Collector's Tea Party
On the left is my realistic still life while my collage still life lies on the right. I like how the realistic one turned out but with the collage I'm still confused to how to make a "good" collage. I'd like to further my understanding of collages and cubism and incorporate this "failed" peice into a future assignment.
Suture of Her Worlds
MY SUTURE OF TWO WORLDS piece depicts a giant robed woman with two of her servants floating on the clouds (not the girl with the officer's hat), a smaller robed woman with an small entourage traveling on a bridge, and a then a long-haired woman with her coffee buddy leaning on the railing close to a shrine. The full assessment of this piece can be found under Production on the Assessment page
Simply Hobbies
It is named SIMPLY HOBBIES because of the fact that most of the stuff depicted in the drawing are related to shows I watch and things I do and enjoy. SEE ART HISTORY.
Fallen Hermes (paper sculpture)
This is my Fallen Hermes paper sculpture. It is called this because Hermes, heavenly messenger of the Greek Gods usually has two wings on his shoes. This sculpture caused a LOT of anger within me because I absolutely hate 3D art. It was frustrating to make and I wish to not sculpt anything ever again. But I was glad when I finished this project.
